We don’t often leave reviews for products but we are so pleased with the rechargeable FoodVille Milk Frother and the company’s customer service, we wanted to share our experience. ( You will find some tips at the end of our review).First of all, it is a very powerful frother with 3 speeds. Since it is rechargeable and holds a strong charge for a month or more depending on how frequently we use it, and we use it several times a day, we no longer need to spend the money on batteries as we did with our old frother.Until we switched to the FoodVille frother, we had been using the PowerLix Milk Frother for two and a half years going through numerous ones that failed after only two to six months. The motor would just give up the ghost for no apparent reason. We kept with that product because we got a couple of free replacements and it was the most powerful one we could find (as long as we kept fresh batteries in them). Even though we recycle our batteries, for monetary and environmental reasons, we cringed at the frequency we had to change the batteries in the PowerLix frother. We finally got fed up with PowerLix when the last two we bought both failed within the first week. There are so many differently named frothers that look just like the PowerLix and probably come from the same factory, that we wanted something completely different. The FoodVille Milk Frother fit the bill.Now, what we are about to write may sound like a negative at first but ultimately it is not. Our first FoodVille Milk Frother had a flaw. The shaft inside the opening that the frother wand and mini-whisk attach to was slightly off-center causing a wobble when used. Despite this, the overall design and the power of the frother on the medium and especially the high setting are so good that it froths well anyway. If the PowerLix wand mentioned above was not well balanced and straight, it was almost impossible to froth our Bulletproof coffee. The frother would vibrate too badly and the power (rpms), though stronger than some frothers out there, was not powerful enough to overcome the problem.Even though the first FoodVille Milk Frother works well despite the flaw, like most people, we wanted a perfect item for our money. We contacted customer service at FoodVille and Elisa got back to us right away offering to send two new frother wands and two new mini-wisks for our trouble. We were out of town for a short trip and didn’t respond for a couple of days so Elisa checked back in with us. When we got back to her via email letting her know that we accepted her offer, she had her company send them out immediately and we received them promptly. When we tried out the new attachments, we had the same issues as before. When we examined the frother even more carefully, wondering what was wrong, we realized the shaft inside the small hole of the body that the frother and mini-whisks attach to was slightly off center. Elisa had emailed to find out if we had received the attachments and if the problem had been resolved. We responded with what we thought was the ultimate problem and included pictures. She again got back to us right away and offered a gift card code to buy a replacement on Amazon.We received a new FoodVille Frother and it works perfectly well! The old FoodVille Frother, though a little noisier and little wobblier than our new one, is still working well. We want to point this out because, even with the flaw, our first FoodVille Milk Frother works a lot better than any of our PowerLix Frothers ever did. We are very pleased with FoodVille and Elisa at FoodVille’s customer service.P.S. When you first receive your FoodVille Milk Frother, it should already have a charge though we charged ours some more using our iPhone brick. Any USB brick should work. Also, make sure to read the directions carefully about how to attach the frother wand and the mini-whisk to the body of the frother. In addition, there is no need to change out the attachment if you mainly use one attachment like we do. We leave the frother attachment on at all times. We clean it by spraying the frother wand with cleaner, turn the frother on and hold the wand attachment in running water in the sink. We are just careful not to let the main body of the frother get wet in the running water. This method only takes a few seconds. If we use the frother for more than just Bulletproof style coffee and it needs more thorough cleaning, we use a soapy sponge and/or turn it on and put the wand attachment in a glass of soapy water.

Great customer service. I installed Frother attachment to far in on my second time using it and caused the stretch of the spring only bad issue I encountered. Customer service replace it for me. Using the frother attachment to froth milk was a breeze. When using the beater attachment for eggs it did seem a little under power but it did a decent job and my scrambled eggs were light and fluffy.

They still haven’t fixed the attachment issue. Got this bad boy for free, but with less than 12 uses and almost one year later. The base has this glued rubber piece that will fall off into whatever your mixing. The thing only charges on 1/2 amp chargers. Never really got it to make scrambled eggs unless I’ve broken the yoke (just kinda stirs it around with yokes intact). The frother attachment was great for protein shakes, until it broke while I was removing the head to clean.Edit: shouldn’t be sold.

So, I originally bought this frother several months ago. While I liked that it came with two heads, it was difficult to remove them and one stripped right away. I wrote to the seller and they immediately responded…so great customer service. They also told me they were coming out with an improved version and asked if I’d like a free unit in exchange for an honest review. I agreed. I’ve now had the NEW unit for a few weeks (waited to review until I had used it several times). I think they did a great job fixing some of the major issues. What I like the most about this unit is that you have a frother AND whisk in one…saves me kitchen space. And they have improved it so that it’s MUCH easier to switch the heads from frother to whisk. Thank goodness! It’s still a little hard (you have to give it a good tug, and make sure you read the instructions on how to correctly remove heads), but much more doable than before. I love the whisk for scrambled eggs…works perfectly on the highest setting. Honestly, if I could have, I would have given it 4.5 stars, but you can only rate 4 or 5. It’s almost a 5! The only other thing that would make it better would be if it was the type of device (like the one my husband has) where you hold the button down to operate it and when you release the button, it stops. I actually prefer this type of function rather than pressing the button to turn it on, then pressing it again to turn it off. But, maybe other people prefer the on/off button to holding it down. I suppose holding it down could get old if you’re using it for a while, but I only ever use it for a few seconds, maybe 30 at most for scrambled eggs. Also, this device is USB rechargeable, which I greatly prefer to my husband’s frother, which is battery operated. OVERALL: A great device. Worth the money and excellent customer service. Thank you, Foodville, for being on top of things!

I was very surprised but this product. It’s has a very strong whipping strength for a tiny handheld appliance. It worked perfectly for making fresh whipped cream and even for blending up my Keto bulletproof coffee. It holds a charge for a very long time. It is used multiple times a day here and I’ve had it 5 days and I still haven’t charged it yet!

I was careful fastening the attachments, but it either wobbles like crazy or doesn’t spin at all. I’m so disappointed. I took a chance after reading about problems others had with it, but even being super careful with it, it still does not work properly – at least it doesn’t for me. I liked the idea that it was rechargeable, but it doesn’t matter if it is unusable.

I like that this milk frothier is reachable. It’s very strong with three different settings and two different heads.The heads are a bit tricky to figure out at first, but with some trial and error, I figured out how to remove and install it.On the down side, the three speed settings while niice, have a down side. You must advance through the speed settings to turn the device off and the first time I used it, I was unaware and made a mess. It spins so well, milk went everywhere! Nothing to cry over…I wanted to add, great customer service. Very timely responses when questions were asked.

I like that you can charge it easily, price is good and it comes with a balloon whip: My issues:1) The whipping, if you mug is full, could result in it splattering everywhere, especially on the 2nd and 3rd speeds.2) If don’t insert it just right, it wobbles.3) I have trouble with the speeds. I start on 1. Turn it off. Want to use 1 again, but if I repower it up too soon, it automatically goes to level 2! Then 3! and I have to cycle back to 1.4) The small whisk’s coils sprung apart after a dozen uses. I was able to push and pry it back into place, but c’mon!

Love this frother! I had a hard time getting the whisk out because I stuck it in too far. They do not screw in, you push in, but if you push too far in, past where you see grooves, you might not be able to pull it out. In doing so, I destroyed the whisk. This company’s customer service is amazing! They sent me a whole new frother!! Can’t beat that!!

When I took it out of the box my first impression was not very good. But that is only because I didn’t quite get the concept yet. It seemed flimsy but the flexibility is intentional and what makes it work so great! It has a spring that you push in to connect, I will say this takes some getting used to, I wish it was a little easier to line up. I use a frother everyday for my coffee, I have been using the cafe Casa brand, because it is so loud I assumed it was more powerful. When I started using the foodville frother I was extremely surprised, it is very quiet but somehow can froth better then the other one. I am not joking about how quiet this thing is my first impression was there is no way this is going to work I can’t even hear it, I was truly amazed. The first thing I mixed was whipping cream with sugar and flavoring, it was very fast it made a firm cream with nice peaks. Next, I went on to scrambled eggs I wanted to try out the whisk attachment, it works it’s amazing, don’t underestimate the power of this unit. This is a really good quality product, it is rechargeable. As a tip do not push too hard on the spring when you’re putting it in, it is not needed. If you’re thinking about buying a frother, try this one you won’t regret it.
