Alexander – a cocktail of equal parts of gin, creme de cacao (chocolate liqueur), and cream. Then, came the Brandy Alexander where the brandy replaced the gin. Finally, followed by Coffee Alexander with chocolate liqueur was substituted by coffee liqueur

Ingredients
1cupCold Water
2tbspGround Espresso
1/2stick3" Long Stick Cinnimon
4tspChocolate Liquer
2tspBrandy
2tbspchilled whipped cream
1pieceGrated semisweet chocolate
Instructions
Make a really strong espresso with a small amount of water using an espresso machine or your favorite way.
– Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso.
– Allow cooling for 1 minute.
– Add chocolate liqueur (crème de cacao) and brandy, and stir gently.
– Pour into cute demitasse cups.
Whip the cream, and float some cream on top of each cup. For looks, garnish with grated chocolate or fancy chocolate curls.[Multiply proportions by six and it's perfect for a party.]– Serves and Enjoy!
You can replace the cinnamon stick with powdered cinnamon to get a more pronounced cinnamon flavor.
